eCommerce Platform Enablement for CPG giant in India with least D2C experience

One store live every 3-4 weeks
4 stores live in 6 months

The CPG giant wanted to tap on the D2C market for its in-house brands. It wanted to create a platform that makes it easy and quick to set up a new brand D2C capability.

Without any prior platform enablement implementation experience, with budget constraints, a lean team, and a limited IT resource availability, Thoucentric was able to build and deploy a robust platform which led to high visibility for the CPG giant’s premium product line.

With Thoucentric’s team, the first store was able to go live in a short span of 4 months, followed by one store every 3 to 4 weeks. To make this happen, we first proceeded with creating a Business Model, followed by the architecture, and Standard integration workflow. This was followed by checklists, SOPs, Customer support consolidation, and training.
